... I'm feeling a mixture of horrible and anger.
And I think I shouldn't go around telling people that I'm Chinese; I'd probably embarrass myself. I mean, I speak like an ang moh (my aunt told me that four years ago, and my mum just told me the same thing a few months back o.o) and I can't write a proper essay.
Chinese wasn't good, at all. And I was counting on Paper 2 to help pull up my grades, considering I couldn't have done very well for oral. But the paper was horrendously difficult. I can't get the first compre passage (no one else did -.-) and I didn't bother reading the whole of passage two; I just went straight into the questions. For Paper 1, I think I spent more time checking my dictionary than writing. And I think I wrote out of point, noooo. >:/
Well, thank God it's D&T tmrw, at least something easy before art. So I am going to spend the next hour studying D&T, and then go into my art. That is if I actually have art block..

Iraq snapshot
Monday,
October 6, 2008. Chaos and violence continue, cholera continues in
Iraq, elections illustrate new problems and CBS News' Laura Strickler
makes a fool out of herself and reveals that she struggles with basic
math (adding and subtracting) today. Starting with diplomatic news, Corinne Reilly and Yassem Taha (McClatchy) reported
Sunday that a visit to Bagdady ("one-day stop") today by Ahmed Aboul
Gheit, Foreign Minister of Egypt "was the first visit to Iraq in nearly
20 years by a high-ranking Egyptian delegation." Mohammed Abbas(Reuters) noted that the minister "promised to reopen an embassy in Baghdad soon". However, it wasn't apparently just a 'friengly' visit. AFP reports,
"Egyptian Oil Minister Sameh Fahmi was in Baghdad on Sunday during a
surpise visit with Foreign Minister Ahmed Abul Gheit" and "Iraq said is
has called on Egypt to collaborate in rebuilding the country's oil
industry after Cairo announced it was ready to... (more)
BeambasticMy ideas and insight
I want to start off by saying, I am an average person. I have the blue collar, hard working mentality. I have always liked money, but I have always been for the average person. My lifestyle and personality might not show it, but I have been and I have been helping average people make money and stave off debt. I want to say, that with this financial crisis and recession, I am going to continue to try to do my best to help all of you.
Dow went to under 10000 today and as much as 9500 today. I hate to say I told people so. After what happened with the vote and the European reaction to it, I believe my low end is still on the table and we will see DOW 9000 by the time it is all said and done.
People are emailing me and asking me why I am not recommending stocks at this time. I don't see any reason to. If you are still in stocks, you should have sold a chunk of it and rode it down where we can buy more. Now is not the time to buy though and jump in the market. Wait till we are a... (more)
